Time flies~ Selling Scentsy!
It's been sometime since I've updated my blog.
I've just returned home from a leadership meeting held in Boise Idaho for the company I represent~ The Scentsy Family™. Every time I return, I feel energized and ready to start all over again.
The Scentsy Family™ is growing rapidly and now expanding ~ Poland, France, Australia, & Mexico. Just to mention a few. I can't believe I've been with it every step of the way. Since October 2005, I've watched this little company go from a sheep farm packing boxes in a 40ft ocean container to the all new 63-acre Scentsy Commons Campus.
I'm looking forward to our new Fall/Winter selling season. We have lots of new Scentsy™ warmer designs, fragrances not to mention our new laundry liquid detergent.

2011 Season Coming To An End
Our Holiday 2011 Season is coming to an end.
I feel like I just sat down and wrote out my goals for 2011~ and here I am today one year later charting out and making goals for my Scentsy business for 2012.
It's time to reflect on 2011~ celebrate the accomplishements, let go of disappointments, move forward and begin setting goals for 2012. What will I do to accomplish this?
1) Chart a plan. What do I want most~ Chart the best way to get there, and remember the best path isn't always the easiest path.
2) Don't be afraid to try new things. If we continue to live life the way it is now, it will always be the way it is now. If you want change, do something different.
3) Make it achieveable~ if it's not working the way you had hoped, readjust.
4) Make it VISABLE every day~ and LOOK at it.
Where would you like to be in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year from now? Where ever it may be, chart your plan. What will you implement differently to make these goals happen? They don't need to be 'big' goals~ baby steps to get where you want to be.
I look foward to 2012 with my Scentsy business. Lots of big things are coming~ it's been quite the ride the past 6 1/2 years, and I'm looking forward to what is yet to come!

The Scentsy Wickless 2011 Fall Season Begins
Tomorrow morning Sept 1, 2011 the Scentsy Wickless 2011 Fall Season begins.
With this we will see a new product line~ The Scentsy Solid Perfume which will feature fragrances~ Love Story, My Wish, Enchanted Mist, Simply Irresistible, and my all time favorite Satin Sheets. Scentsy has also added two new additions to the Scentsy Buddy line~ Scratch the Cat and Patch the Dog. So adorable.
This season will also feature a Scentsy Buddy for the Charitable Cause~ 100% net proceeds from the sales of this Buddy will go to Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Looking forward to this exciting fall season. If you haven't yet heard of Scentsy Wickless Candles, it's time to call me~ LETS CHAT!! There's no reason to delay any further. ;)

Scentsy Wickless Pulled It Off Again
Wahoooo~ Wickless Scentsations can you believe Scentsy Wickless pulled it off again?
We've returned home from an amazing 2011 Annual Convention with Scentsy Wickless Candles held in Fort Worth, Texas. Our team/group had alot of first timers in attendence and several returning from previous years. Rick and I had an amazing time getting to meet each of you face to face~ it was such a pleasure to put a face with a name. Each year it gets bigger and better! Our first night upon arriving we took many of our team Directors from the Wickless Scentsations organization to dinner. We had such a great time~ learning from each other, getting to know one another a bit better, and discussing this years strategies. The following evening we prepared for our team/group meet and greet. Another exciting evening to meet so many of our team members from around the country. Thursday evening after a long day of General Sessions~ we met for a group photo and then off to the stockyards for our team/group 'Amazing Race'. What a great evening ending at the Cattleman's Steakhouse. The challenge was incredible and we hope that each of you that participated, approx 50/60 of you walked away from this game knowing exactly what it means
'The Power Of A Team'. You entrusted yourselves with team members of whom several of you met for the first time. You each pulled together your resources to ensure the questions were answered and the challenges were achieved and met. Rick and I couldn't have been more pleased and proud of each of you.
This year Scentsy Wickless Candles brought with them Key Note Speakers~ Connie Podesta , John Maxwell , and Shawn Achor . What an amazing combination of motivation. Clint Black held a private concert for the Independent Scentsy Consultants in attendence along with Gloriana.
Scentsy made several big announcements, shared with us many of the new line up for Fall/Winter season. It is very exciting to see not only what is coming in the near future, but also what Scentsy Wickless Candles has in store for all it's Independent Scentsy Consultants and their future!!!
